Helping you become who you want to be when you grow up.

Lets face it, we’re all adults but when do we actually grow up?

There’s no right or wrong answer to that. For some that might be getting to a certain stage in your career, financial independence, buying a house, getting married, having children, reaching 30 or maybe never. These are all important milestones but it’s also worth considering who you want to be when you get there. What do you want to be known for? What are your values and your character strengths?

This is all very deep so lets bring it back to the surface… We’re here to help you decide what you want to achieve and build the road map to get you there.

What was the moment when you realised you were all grown up?

Or are you still to get there?

Name: Kate

Profession: Accountant

I think the defining moments when I realised I'd grown up were when I started to put my own address on important documents and not my parents, when I started to finally pay back my student loan and when when I stopped going out out on a school night  :o)

Name: Peter

Profession: Product Developer & Kids Leader

The moment I realised at least I'm seen as a grown up is when people started looking up to me, seeing me either as a mentor or someone to turn to as well as a friend. The actual moment was when I realised I was a more consistent father figure in several families's lives than any other man was. Funny business this kids and family work eh?
